CmdLet Help Editor not finding PS Modules

I have just downloaded the CmdLet Help Editor V2 Zip file and it will not locate modules. Also the display is corrupted (see attached PNG file - unable to figure out how to post here!).
The line 'Open Help File  New Help File is overlaid with 'Select a PSSnapin. Then click a button' rendering them both almost impossible to read.

I made the mistake of trying to start via a shortcut to the executable, which loaded the Editor but with no modules located.
A workable solution is a script with the following line:

Start-Process -WindowStyle Hidden -FilePath 'c:\program files\cmdlet help editor\HelpEditorV2.exe'

This then loads and includes the available modules; all very confusing.

Somthing odd here. This is not what I posted at all.
I am using V2 but it can create files, but not find them afterwards. Also they must be in the default PowerShell Modules locations, otherwise they never show up when the editor loads the module list.

Just to note. This project is no longer developed. I forked this project and rewrote it almost from scratch (just left main UI concept). New project resides here: https://pscmdlethelpeditor.codeplex.com/
